Villa SANTA Alicia is a new villa in the district of Flamands.
The building takes advantage of fantastic views over the Flamands bay and the ocean.
A light breeze allows to take advantage of the very comfortable terrace. The beach is accessible on foot in 5 minutes.
The inside is designed with natural materials such as wood, stone and leather. Two rooms on the main level of which a room designed for disabled.

The project was conceived to respect the environment: use of the solar energy as a supplement to the electrical energy and a recycling of calories on the air conditioning to warm the sanitary water and the swimming pool.
